Acceptable use
Keep Boop useful, accurate and respectful of the people and homes behind every record.

Content and conduct
- Do not upload nudity, sexual or otherwise explicit imagery, exploitative content, or illegal material. Customer uploads remain closed until the private screening workflow is ready.
- Do not threaten, harass, discriminate against or impersonate another person or business.
- Share only records and media you are authorized to use. Do not expose private home addresses, access details or other people's information without authority.
- Use accurate provider credentials, ownership claims and reviews. Do not purchase or fabricate reputation.
- Do not probe private records, evade permissions, introduce malware, scrape restricted information or bypass payment and usage controls.
Screening and reports
Where uploads are enabled, automated screening can make mistakes and does not guarantee that all harmful content will be detected. Report content or an account issue through Contact with the relevant record reference. Do not redistribute harmful material or submit unnecessary private information with a report.
Boop may restrict content or access while investigating a safety, security or policy issue. You can ask for a review through support. Removing access is separate from resolving a membership refund or service dispute under the applicable policy.
Emergencies
Boop is not an emergency dispatch service. If someone is in immediate danger or there is an urgent home hazard, contact the appropriate emergency service and a qualified professional.
